RETURN / WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY: 

We do not accept returns of any kind. All sales are final. We are not Amazon. However, we do stand by our product, and will take care of product issues, in accordance with our warranty policy.

However, we stand by our product and will take care of issues regarding defective product, in accordance to our warranty policy. Defective items must be acknowledged within 48 hours of the receipt or delivery. Customer must pay the return shipping (see Warranty section below) to receive any repair, replacement or refund for a defected item.

Damage Inc. will issue refunds once items have been received and determined to be a legitimate defect. An insured/trackable shipping service is required. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.We will notify you once a refund has been issued.

Any promotional items such as free T-shirts, hats, or tools that are received with the order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.  Not returning a promotional item will result in a denial of a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. 

 

23/24 WARRANTY POLICY:

Damage Inc. snowboards come with a 1 year limited warranty. All warranties will be assessed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim, for any reason. However, if your board has damage due to a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to repair it at no additional cost. If that damage is not repairable, we may offer you a replacement board. Please note, poor attitudes during the warranty process will promptly result in a warranty denial. 

RIPPER CLAUSE: If you break/destroy your board within a year, and it was your fault, we will still offer you a discount on a replacement deck. We want you to ride our boards and keep the stoke high. Just be honest with us about how the damage occurred. 

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Once Damage Inc. ships a customer's order, the order is the responsibility of the package carrier. We are not liable for missing or stolen packages. If you would like to require a signature on your order and/or have additional insurance on your package, please make a request in the notes section of your order. 

LIABILITY: 

Damage Inc assumes no liability from the use of any products we sell. By purchasing and/or using the product we sold, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability of any product ensuing loss or damage to persons or property. You accept any and all risks, dangers and hazards resulting in serious injury while using any product we sell.
